As we continue into the second half of 2021, we would like to share some detailed information regarding the current market as it compares to previous years in Grand Palm. Inventory in the Sarasota/Venice area is still extremely low, people are still moving to Florida at record levels. Once again it is a Seller’s Market to say the least.
