The 2021 Pumpkin Fest at Fruitville Grove is scheduled for every Saturday-Sunday of October. Festival hours are 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Admission includes access to the playground and petting zoo, live music, the Torres Family Circus show, photo opportunities and costume contests. Discover Sarasota Ghost Tours

Steel your nerves with a glass of wine before boarding Discover Sarasota Tours’ haunted trolly ride “Mummies, Murder & Mayhem.” On the journey, which winds through darkened streets, guests hear eerie tales of possessed buildings, restless souls and true crime. From the spirited host, learn about sordid subjects such as the Sarasota Assassination Society and the fate of postmaster Charles Abbe. Riders will encounter special theatrical appearances by phantom hitchhikers the tour picks up along the way. Prizes are awarded for the best costume on each tour. Howl-O-Ween Movie Night Spooktacular

Join Sarasota County Parks and Recreation, the Baltimore Orioles and Sarasota Film Festival at Ed Smith Stadium for a Halloween-themed movie night. Bring blankets to enjoy the movie from the outfield or use stadium seating.
