Born and raised in New Jersey, Laura’s career journey has spanned a wide variety of industries, from law offices and mortgage brokerages to customer service roles with Lexus, bakeries, veterinary clinics, and the airlines. She spent five years with Continental Airlines, moving through roles in new hire training, customer service, ramp operations, and aircraft appearance—an experience she still counts among her favorites, second only to her time as a stay-at-home mom.
Family life brought Laura first to Texas, where her children were raised from toddler to early teen years, and later back to Florida, where they now proudly call the Sunshine State home. Along the way, Laura poured her energy into volunteering—whether serving as a PTO member, room mom, library helper, yearbook photographer, or lending a hand at the Boys & Girls Club in Venice. She also found joy working with children at a preschool in New Jersey and as a substitute lunch lady at Venice Elementary.
At her core, Laura simply loves people. Whether it’s greeting someone with a warm smile, lending a helping hand, or creating an unforgettable experience, she thrives on connection and care. That passion shines in her role at Hanley Homes Group, where she serves as Client Experience Coordinator. Laura is dedicated to going above and beyond to make every client feel special, finding thoughtful ways to celebrate milestones, add personal touches, and create the “magical moments” that make working with Hanley Homes Group truly unique.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys time with her family, traveling, being by the ocean, photography, nature, exercising outdoors, and of course, her pets. She brings the same joy, energy, and love of people to every part of her life.
