Behind the gates of on of the most exclusive golf communities in Sarasota sits the 565-acre community of Prestancia. All the homes are nestled between lavish and precisely manicured landscaping, palm trees, and scenic lakes and preserves. The community of Prestancia is an Audubon sanctioned wildlife sanctuary, preserving and cherishing the environment within the community.
